What is the delivery time?

We currently have delivery times of 1 to 14 working days (Mon. - Sat.)*. But mostly 5 working days.

Because we depend on the supplier, the delivery time for shipment may differ

Delivery embroidered designs

Embroidered designs takes longer to deliver than u are used to. FAB87 works with quality pieces and materials, which are produced in Belium and Holland.

so please take into account a shipping time of 7-14 days. We will of course keep you digitally informed with a track and trace system. If you still have questions about your order, you can always contact us.


No confirmation received

It may take a few minutes before you receive the confirmation in your mailbox. It is also possible that these are blocked by the spam filter of your e-mail program.

We advise you to check your spam filter settings and adjust them if necessary. If you are not sure, please contact our customer service, we will be happy to help you.



Why has my order or item been cancelled?

If your order or part of it has been canceled by us, it is usually due to stock or a warehouse error during packaging.

The items you ordered may have been very popular and an item may have sold out just before you placed the order. In rare cases, the stock cannot be updated in our system in time and the item will be cancelled. Sorry!

You can order the items again if possible and if you have already paid the refund will be processed as soon as possible. If you have chosen credit card as payment method, the amount has not yet been debited from your account. The reservation on your credit card has been cancelled.



Multiple orders in one package

Did you receive a package too little?

In some cases we will send you multiple orders in one package - you will be informed about this in the shipping confirmation. We bundle your orders to deliver your items in the fastest, most environmentally friendly way.

If you are not sure whether you have received all your items, it is best to check directly in the package whether it contains items from multiple orders. Unsure? In your customer account you can see at any time which items belong to which order. One of the orders in the customer account may retain the "Shipped" status if shipped with another order.

Important when paying on account:

We request that you pay for each order separately with the corresponding order number as payment reference or free description.

Do you want to return items?

You can of course also return items from the orders to us in one package. Simply use the enclosed return label for this.



I have received an item that I did not order

We apologize if we sent you an item that you did not order!

Please return the item to us, indicating that you have received a wrong item. You can do this while registering your returns online, or if you have received a return form by filling in reason 9.

Did you receive the wrong item instead of your ordered item? If you still wish to receive the correct item, we would like to ask you to place a new order for it. If you have already paid for the item, you will of course receive the purchase amount back as soon as we have received your return. This can take 14 days.

My item is defective

If an item is defective, you submit a claim. Fill out this form to process your complaint and please provide as much detail as possible about the defect so that we can process your claim faster.

Why is my preferred payment method not available?

We are sorry if your preferred payment method is not available during the order process.

With some payment methods, for example with the payment method 'on account', we pay for your order in advance and you then pay us back by bank transfer. For this reason, we make sure every transaction is safe for us, but most importantly for you!

There can be several reasons why your preferred payment method is not available:

The delivery address does not match the billing address. If you have selected a parcel machine or collection point as the delivery address, this may be the reason that a payment method is not available.
Have you recently married or moved? Congratulations! But if something doesn't match when we try to match your name and address, we may not offer all payment methods. This way we make sure that no one else is pretending to be you.
You still have outstanding bills. If you have already made the payment, it is probably still on its way to us. This also applies to returns.
Like other platforms and shops, we use external partners to perform a credit check. The outcome of this credit check may prevent us from offering your preferred payment method.
When we decide which payment methods to offer, the total costs for Fab87 are also taken into account. For example, it is possible that some payment methods are not offered due to higher costs, higher risks or many returns. Adjusting the available payment methods therefore leads to fewer returns, which is more sustainable and cheaper. At the same time, it is still possible to place an order, because every customer is offered at least one payment method.
We reserve the right not to offer all payment methods in all cases.


Pay with iDEAL

With iDEAL you will be redirected to the payment environment of your bank during the payment process. You have the option to pay by iDEAL if you use internet banking at ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank, SNS Regio Bank, Van Lanschot Bankiers and Triodos Bank. With this payment method, your payment is immediately debited from your account.

To pay with iDEAL, go through the following steps from the point where you choose your payment method:

  1. Select your bank
  2. Click on 'Next', this will take you to the page 'Check and send order'
  3. After you click on 'Confirm and proceed to iDEAL' you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail
  4. You will be redirected to the payment environment of your bank
  5. Complete your payment here
  6. Don't forget to go back to the Fab87 site after your payment. Here your order will be completed and you will see a confirmation of your payment
  7. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order leaves our warehouse

Pay with credit card

With us you can also pay easily and securely with a credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. To pay by credit card, go through the following steps from the point where you choose your payment method:


Select your card type and enter your card details.
Click on 'Next', this will take you to the page 'Check and send order'.
After you click on 'Send order' you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail.
In some cases you will be forwarded to the payment environment of your bank where you pay with your card reader.
After completing the payment you will be redirected back to the Fab87 website where you will see a confirmation of the payment.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation and the amount will be credited from your credit car.d
Your credit card details are encrypted using the SSL method. Due to this high security standard, buying with a credit card at Fab87 is very safe.

After the first purchase with your credit card, your credit card information is stored in a secure environment so that you do not have to enter it again with every order.



Can I have my order delivered to a collection point?

In most cases you can choose to have your order delivered at a PostNL collection point. This is possible at 'step 2 address' during the ordering process under the heading 'delivery address'. You will then see all collection points in your area and their opening times.

As soon as your order has arrived at the location of your choice, you will receive an email from PostNL. Then you have 7 days to pick up your order. If you cannot collect your order during this period, it will automatically be returned to Fab87 fashion.



Can I have my order delivered to another address?

Did you enter a wrong address or have your plans changed? Once you have placed your order, it is in most cases not possible to change your address, but this can differ per courier. If you do have the option to change the address, you will find the instructions for this in the courier's email and in the Track & Trace link.
